The Statue of Liberty is one of Unmissable Landmarks in New York City. It is located on Liberty Island in New York Harbor. It was designed by Frédéric Bartholdi. What to do:
On the ferry: We recommend you to sit at the top floor then you can enjoy sightseeing of Manhattan and Statue of Liberty. Also, the boat has some snack and soft drink served for you at first floor as well.
There are a garden surrounding the sculpture that you can take a photo and relaxing with the beautiful skyscraper in Manhattan as a background.
Also, inside of the sculpture, it has a museum that you can study and learn the history of Statue of Liberty.
The highlight of Statue of Liberty is going to the Crown, which is the highest point of the sculpture. From here you can take a panorama shot of skyscraper in Manhattan.
How to get in:
It is very easy to get there; you just take subway (MTA) by following these lines:
Line N, R: Get out at Whitehall St station.
Line 1: Get out at South Ferry station.
Line 4, 5: Get out at Bowling Green station.
Next walk to Battery Park; from here you can take a boat to the Statue of Liberty.

There are two types of tickets that you can choose:
Excluding Audio Tours:
Adults: 13 USD; if you need to get to the Crown you have to pay 16 USD for Adults.
Seniors 62+: 10 USD
Children 4-12: 5 USD
Children less than 4 years: No tickets required
Including Audio Tours:
Adults: 21 USD
Seniors 62+: 17.25 USD
Children 4-12: 12.25 USD
Children less than 4 years: No tickets required
Where to sleep:
Actually, the Statue of Liberty is access easily from Manhattan. If you have more budgets for travelling, we recommend you to find out the hotels in Manhattan. But if you not need to spend a lot of money for hotels the Queens is the best for you.
